“Slow and steady” is how Rebecca approaches skincare, and it’s how she found her calling as well. While working in luxury retail, she began to delve deeper into her passion of skincare and finally decided to explore esthetics as a career. By 2015, she graduated as valedictorian from the Aveda Institute and began apprenticing with industry leader and master esthetician Joanna Czech. Over the next seven years, Rebecca became Lead Esthetician at Joanna Czech and has amassed a following of her own with loyal clientele across the country. 

Rebecca’s mindful perspective on skincare was inspired by her surgeon father. His careful approach to treating his orthopedic patients, where surgery was ideally avoided, was ingrained in her at an early age. Integrating her conservative approach with her experience in the luxury sector has helped Rebecca set the standards she upholds for her clients every day.

Rebecca is originally from New Iberia, Louisiana. Her Cajun-French last name is pronounced “A-Bear.” She’s lived in Dallas since 2011 with her beloved dog, Lena.
