Booking 

You will receive a confirmation text and email once your appointment is booked. Please complete the intake form prior to your scheduled appointment. 

Cancellations & No-Shows

If you must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be fully charged for the scheduled service. Any no-shows or arrivals after 15 minutes will also be charged for the full service. Thank you for your understanding. 

Arrival

Please wait on the bench outside the studio until your appointment time. I will greet you at the start of your appointment. 

Pets 

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the building.

Health and safety for all is my top priority. If you are feeling ill in any way, please contact the studio as soon as possible, and I will work with you to reschedule your appointment.
